Dr Chris McCormack - Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Chris gained B.Sc (1st Class Hons) from University College Dublin in
1995 and subsequently obtained his Ph.D in 1997. During this time Chris
invented and was granted a patents (UK 2186289 and Ireland 59108 and
s66989) for his 'DiGenter Process' for the Microbial Production of
Ethanol. This process was then used by Ford to demonstrate the
effectiveness of 85% Ethanol / 15% gasoline fuel mix in motor vehicles
which dramatically increased public awareness in clean fuel technology.
This directly led to the development by 'Maxol' of BioEthanol, which was
the first European commercially available motor Bio-Fuel. Dr McCormack
is also the inventor of the the 'BioSphere' process which has been
developed and employed in the manufacturing of the clean energy waste
disposal system known as The BioSphere MK-V.  

Mr. Salim Ghafari, Vice President For Middle Eastern Operations, C F O and Director.

Mr. Ghafari is a specialist in oil and gas operations, having served as an independent consultant to numerous oil and gas companies principally in the Middle East and North Africa from 1986 through 1993. From 1993 to 1999 he was employed by McCormack Consulting as a specialist in oil and gas exploration. Mr. Ghafari received a Masters in Business Administration from the Jesuit University in Beruit.
