GEECF: Anji Carbon Credit Generation Sales Conference; Additional USD$30 million Biosphere Facility.

NASSAU, Bahamas--(BUSINESS WIRE)- Global Environmental Energy Corp’s., (Deutsche Borse:GLI, OTCBB:GEECF www.geecf.ru –) Biosphere Development Corp., confirmed that their Chinese partners recent Sales Conferences have resulted in the sale of another USD$30 million facility.

The new facility to be located at ShengZhou, Zhejiang Province will have the capacity to process 1,200 tons of MSW per day at a capital cost of USD$30 million and has a projected EBIDTA of USD$27,000,000 per annum. This is the second of 35 systems with a combined capital value of USD$1 billion currently contracted to be installed in China.

The announcement of this new facility comes in a week when contracts were exchanged to supply Biosphere Power Plants to these clients in South Africa, the Middle East, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand.
