Mr Reynolds has insisted that the 10 million pound engineering project which has the potential to create a huge number of jobs should be located in Derry.
The project would involve the construction of machinery which can turn household waste into electricity, the manufacturing facility would be built in Derry, a Greenfield site close to the port at Lisahally has been identified as a possible location for the engineering plant.
